produce near-net-shape blanks or finished parts from raw
tube stock in one fully automatic operation. These
specialized machine configurations easily handle seamless
alloy and carbon steel tubing in incoming lengths up to
30-ft long. The heavy weight and designed-in durability
of the column-style machine provides a reliable turning
system for 24/7 high-volume part production. Finished
parts are delivered to gauging or conveyor stations automatically
without operator intervention. Standard 12 and 15
station turrets allow for redundant tooling and minimize
routine tool-change time.
