The B&O 4-Axis Big-Bore CNC Turning Machines combine the advantages of two independent turrets along the proven column design to provide rugged, reliable, high-production machines. Both 12 and 15 station turrets are available along with live tooling on one or both turrets. The total tool carrying capacity of these 4-Axis machines could be as high as 30 tools. Combined with proven Bardons & Oliver material handling systems, these machines can take raw material up to 40-ft long and produce finished parts in one fully automatic operation. The 4-Axis Big-Bore machines are found in many diverse applications from automotive and bearing blanking to oilfield pipe threading.
