Overview
These heavy-duty 4-axis CNC Turning Machines combine the advantages of two independent turrets along the proven SC column design to provide rugged, reliable, high-production machines. Both 12 and 15 stations turrets are available along with live tooling on one or both turrets. The total tool carrying capacity of these 4-axis machines could be as high as 30 tools. Combined with proven Bardons & Oliver material handling systems, these machines can take raw material up to 40-ft long and produce finished parts in one fully automatic operation. These machines are especially effective when producing automotive or bearing components where close tolerances and high production output are both essential.
