Slant Bed Lathes
Overview
B&O produces a line of rugged 2-axis and 4-axis slant bed lathes that are custom built for the customer’s production application. This line of machines has a part swing range from 15.00” to 42.00”. With their massive, rigid beds, the B&O Slant Beds are known for both their heavy metal removal capability and their ability to hold tight tolerances, particularly on deep-hole boring. These machines are extremely popular within the oilfield and energy-generation related industries.
